If no services that require log via EZProxy are working, it is likely your password has expired and will need to be reset.

If you have an alternative email address (apart from your liverpool.ac.uk address) and have registered a secret question with Computing Services, you will be able to reset your password online.

If you have not registered an alternative email address and secret question with Computing Services Department, you will need to contact their Service Desk to make these changes.

If your password is working correctly but you are still finding that you cannot use EZProxy to access a service, get in touch using one of the Contact Us options.
