There are two ways to get hold of journal articles that are not available electronically or in the library.

First is the free ArticleReach service:

  • If you have found the article, through DISCOVER or another database search, click on the 'Request It' link and 'Request document via our free ArticleReach service'.
  • Alternatively, click on the 'Go to an Article' tab in the Electronic Library and fill in the details of the article.
  • Place a request direct with ArticleReach.

The second option is to apply for an Inter-Library Loan (ILL). There's a charge for this service but we are almost always successful in getting journal articles. You can apply for an ILL online or at the Help Desk in the Library.
