InfoPoints are touchscreen units and can be found in all libraries. From them you can:

  • Search DISCOVER
  • Search the Library catalogue
  • Search Special Collections and Archives
  • Use the Library Ask Us Service
  • Check your Library record
  • Book a Study Room
  • Check Library Opening Hours
  • View Library News
  • Access Digital University and Liverpool Life
  • Check University Email
  • Find a PC Seat
  • Top up Print Credits

You may be required to enter you username and password to access some resources.

When using any of the services that require you to enter in your University username and password, remember to logoff after you finish and click the Clear Private Data icon Clear Private Data on InfoPoint in the top left corner as this will close your session and remove associated data.

When using an InfoPoint, if you find a site that is blocked and you believe it would be beneficial to access it, let us know. This does not include Google or other search engines – InfoPoints are primarily a quick access way to make use of University resources.
