When a book has been reserved by another user, you have a week to return the book. If you cannot physically return the book in that period, you can post the book back to us. Be sure to get a receipt for your postage and keep it until we have received the book and taken it off your record. The postal address is:

Regularly check My Library Account, especially before leaving for a vacation period. This is the best way to keep your books/journals up to date and avoid unnecessary fines. If you find any books have been reserved you will need return them to the Library before you go home for the vacation. This will help prevent fines from building up as it is not possible to renew books that are reserved.
Sometimes a reservation may be placed on one or more of your books after you have gone home for vacation. If this happens, please get in touch using one of the Contact Us options to let us know so that we can advise you further.
