Enter some key words from the title of the book (or use the drop down arrows by 'Keyword' on the left hand side to change to title or author), limit your search to the type of item you are looking for e.g. 'Print Materials' and click 'Submit.'
If the library does have a copy of the book you want and it is available on the shelf, the Status on the right hand side will say 'Available.'
If the book is on loan to someone else the Status will have a due date e.g. DUE 15-03-16.
Once you've found the record for the item, there are a few simple steps to find it in the library.
Class Number guides are available at the Help Desk in the Library. You can also get help with locating a book on the shelf from our Roving Library Assistants who will take you to where the book is and talk you through how to use the Class Numbers to locate items on the shelves. Please ask at the help desk during staffed hours for more information about this service.
Further information about class numbers can be found in the classification guides.
