LibQUAL+

Every two years we run the LibQUAL+ Survey. LibQUAL+ is a survey developed by the International Association of Research Libraries to enable libraries to understand and act upon users' opinions of service quality.

The main online survey which the University of Liverpool library uses to measure user satisfaction is LibQUAL+. LibQUAL+ was developed by the International Association of Research Libraries in 2000. We have undertaken surveys in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016 - results below.

Mystery Shopper
