Please note: The ArticleReach link has been removed while we trial a new document delivery system called RapidILL. The outcome of the trial will determine whether we proceed with ArticleReach in the future.
Please ask staff and students to submit all article requests through the Get It For Me Service.
To request changes please contact the Librarian for Online Programmes (PC 25/06/18).
ArticleReach is an article delivery service which can be used to request a journal article by email. This service is shown when viewing an unavailable eJournal article via an 'Is it @ Liverpool' icon from DISCOVER or other platforms.
Only individuals with a full borrowing account for the physical University Library are able to use ArticleReach, this is partly due to licensing issues, this means the service is unfortunately unavailable for students studying online programmes who do not have a borrowing account by default (see our guideline on Using Physical University Library Services for Online/ Remote Students and Alumni).
You should check that the item you are seeking is definitely not available via our subscriptions using Library search tools such as Discover or 'Go to an article' via the Library for Online Programmes. You can also contact the E-Learning Librarian for assistance in locating the item online.
Also see our guide for locating items which appear to be unavailable via Library subscriptions.
We provide a dedicated E-Learning Librarian to assist you in using Library resources. If you have any problems using the Library or technical problems, please see the Contacts area of the Library for Online Programmes. Also see our guides, videos, tutorials and Library Training Module available via the Library Online Programmes.
