InfoPoints are touchscreen units and can be found in all libraries. From them you can:
- Search DISCOVER
- Search the Library Catalogue
- Search eJournals
- Search Databases
- Check Reading Lists
- Search Special Collections & Archives
- Search Library Guides
- Use the Library Help service
- Check My Library Account
- Book a Study Space
- Check Library Opening Hours
- View Library Training sessions
- Access VITAL and Liverpool Life
- Check University email
- Find a PC Seat
- Search CSD webpages
You may be required to enter you username and password to access some resources.
When using any of the services that require you to enter in your University username and password, remember to log off after you finish and click the Clear Private Data bar at the bottom of the screen as this will close your session and remove associated data.
When using an InfoPoint, if you find a site that is blocked and you believe it would be beneficial to access it, let us know. This does not include Google or other search engines – InfoPoints are primarily a quick access way to make use of University resources.
