As well as printing, the Multi-Functional Devices in the library can photocopy and also scan.

You can scan documents via your University e-mail account or your M: drive.

The Scan-to-Me option works by emailing the scanned document to your University email account.

The Scan-to-M:\Print Scans option works by emailing the scanned document to your University M:drive.

Whilst there is no charge for scanning, undergraduate and taught postgraduate students need to be in print credit before they can use this service.

For guidance on how to scan see these basic instructions (also available by the machines in the Library). If you need further assistance please contact a member of staff in either the Library or Computing Services .
