If you have difficulties purchasing books from commercial sources such as Amazon or Laureate Education, please contact the support department for the company where you purchased these items.

Please note the University Library does not sell or deliver printed books.

If you are studying online with our E-Learning Partner, Laureate Education you may need to purchase physical books or E-Books provided in Laureate's book purchasing platform (the Online Bookstore). Laureate sell E-Books and physical books (e.g. Laureate text books) if you need to purchase books from Laureate or have problems with billing or mail/ post issues please contact Laureate's support team (see the Centre for Student Success).

If you have any problems using Laureate's book purchasing or online E-Book services (Vital Source) please contact Laureate in the first instance. However, if you have ongoing problems after contacting Laureate's support team you can obtain assistance from the E-Learning Librarian (see contact options in the Library Web site for Online Programmes).
