To request changes please contact the Librarian for Online Programmes (PC 25/06/18).
Online students can apply to the Student Guild of the University for an ID card or a National Union of Students card, please see the NUS site for contact details (you may be required to submit a passport sized photograph); charges may apply for some card types.
You can use the University ID card to access physical Library buildings (the same card is used to access the Library) however an ID card is unrelated to Library borrowing for physical items..
If you are seeking other forms of identification e.g. to prove you are a University student for other purposes, then please contact your Librarian via the contacts page on the Library for Online Programmes webpages.
Note - if you are studying with our E-Learning partner, Laureate Education you can also approach Laureate for an ID card issued by Laureate Education.
We provide a dedicated E-Learning Librarian to assist you in using Library resources who you can contact if you have any problems using the Library or technical problems. Also see our guides, videos, tutorials and Library Training Module available on the Library for Online Programmes webpages.
