If you have not logged in before, you will need to set a PIN. We recommend that your PIN consists of four numbers. More numbers can be used, but it's best not to use letters or other symbols. This allows best integration with the Library App, where you can also access your Library Account.
At login you will see this screen:
To set a PIN, enter your name (it can be your first or last name but must match what is in your library account) then your ID number (staff or student number). Leave 'Library PIN' blank and click 'Submit', and you will see a screen like this. Enter a PIN of your choosing.
Note that sometimes there may already be a Library PIN on your account even if you have not set it yourself. In this case you need to use the Forget Your PIN? option rather than setting a PIN. If one option doesn't work try the other!
