The Liverpool Confucius Institute is a collaborative project between the University of Liverpool, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China (XJTLU) and the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban), for the promotion of Chinese language and culture and is based at 126 Mount Pleasant (building number 114 grid reference C4 on the campus map).
The Institute provides beginners and intermediate Mandarin lessons as part of the University curriculum for University of Liverpool students and promotes various events and activities, both campus- and city-wide.
In addition the Institute has various resources available for use which are listed on the Library Catalogue but during summer and autumn 2017 immediate access is unavailable due to building refurbishments. If you wish to have access to the Institute's resources please contact direct.
