You can set a new password using the 'Reset Your Password' icon shown in the left menu (Quick Links) of the Library for Online Programmes or visit the account update form (you will need to enter the last working password if you know this, or use the forgotten password form).
Your University of Liverpool username for logging into the Library is the part of your email address that comes before "@liverpool.ac.uk". It is likely to start with "ol" so might be something like "olanyone". Once you know your username you can reset your password if necessary.
