To request changes please contact the Librarian for Online Programmes (PC 01/09/21).

You can set a new password using the 'Reset Your Password' link  in the Support/ Password and IT Help page of the Library for Online Programmes or visit the password reset form (you will need to enter your last working password if you know this, or use the forgotten password form).

Your University of Liverpool (MWS) username for logging in to the Library is the part of your University of Liverpool email address that comes before '@liverpool.ac.uk', e.g. 'oluser'.

Note for students with our E-Learning partner Laureate Education - a separate 'online.liverpool.ac.uk' username/ email address is provided for these programmes.

When logging into University campus systems such as the Library, please always use your UoL (MWS) credentials and not Laureate/LENS credentials when accessing E-Resources.

If you are still having problems logging in -

If you are still having problems logging in or don't know your UoL (MWS) username or password, please contact the IT Services Department.  The 24/7 IT support telephone line is +44 (0)151 794 4567, it may be useful to remain on the line until you have been able to log in.

You can email IT support (servicedesk@liverpool.ac.uk) or use the technical support Web form
24/7 IT contact options are also shown in the Support page of the Library for Online Programmes.

If you cannot call our 24/7 IT support line due to technical or other reasons or have an ongoing login or Library access problem you can also contact the E-Learning Librarian (Online Librarian) using Skype or Skype number) when available during open times, see the Support page for details.

We provide a dedicated E-Learning Librarian to assist you in using Library resources. If you have any problems using the Library or technical problems, please see the Support area of the Library for Online Programmes. Also see our guides, videos, tutorials and Library Training Module available via the Library for Online Programmes.
