If you find computers or study spaces have been blocked by someone leaving their belongings but not actually working there, please contact the Customer Experience team who will consider taking action if necessary.
Please be considerate to other students during busy times and give up your seat if you will be out of the library for long periods of time.
Contact our Customer Experience team via text or email:
- text: 0151 329 2657
- email: library@liverpool.ac.uk
Tell us your study location and which library you're in, and we'll be happy to help.
If you're having problems outside of our help desk opening hours, please inform a member of staff at reception.
