Q. How can I request a Canvas MOT?

To request a Canvas MOT please contact your Liaison Librarian or the Digitisation Team.

The time it takes to complete a Canvas MOT will vary, depending on the size of the module and the resources stored on it. We would estimate a turnaround time of 6 weeks.

At the completion of the Canvas MOT, we will send you a report. This will outline where we have replaced copies of PDFs with copyright compliant ones cleared under the terms of our Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) Licence and where we have replaced PDFs with links to resources already held electronically in the Library.

We will also try to gain permission for any materials which cannot be copyright cleared under the CLA Licence and give advice where permission is not obtained.
