Reading Lists @ Liverpool appears by default in the side menu of your Canvas course.
For Students
If you don’t see it - ask your lecturer to make it visible in Canvas.
For Staff
Please follow these steps:
Open your course in Canvas. The first time you click the Reading Lists @ Liverpool link in the side menu, you will be prompted to choose the matching list for your module. Take the steps to authenticate using your MWS username and password.
A screen headed ‘Add list section’ will prompt you to link to the appropriate list. If doesn’t appear, search for it by module code or course title. Then Save.
Next time you or your students look at Canvas, your module’s reading list will appear automatically under the Reading Lists @ Liverpool menu item.
If you don’t see Reading Lists @ Liverpool in your Canvas side menu, go to Settings > Navigation, scroll down and either make Reading Lists @ Liverpool visible or drag it up to the visible items.
Lists need to be published and attached to the hierarchy correctly to link. If you experience any issues linking from Canvas, please contact your Liaison Librarian.
