What is Libby?
Libby is a digital platform allowing access to eBooks, audiobooks and streaming services. University Users are allowed to borrow content, which is part of the Library’s collection. You can also recommend titles to the Library to be added to our growing list of titles. Libby's collection includes titles in Biography, Business, History, Literature, Technology, Theology, Travel as well as Mystery, Fantasy, Romance, Young Adult and Science Fiction.
The platform also provides access to curated reading lists on a variety of topics including LGBTQ+, Ethnic Diversity, Wellbeing and more.
How do I find content on Libby?
You can access titles using your browser and by downloading the Libby app. You can also find titles via Library Search.
How do I loan the content on Libby?
To borrow content you need to sign in using your MWS login details. Items can be borrowed for up to 21 days. If an item is currently in use, you can place a hold to be notified when the item becomes available. If there are no holds on the item, you will be able to renew your loan.
