Make sure you are logged into Library Search with your MWS username and password.
Select one or more results by clicking the number at the left-hand side of each title, which becomes a tick.
You can select a full page of results – up to 50 records – by ticking the box top left of the results list.
Then click the three dots top right of the results list and choose your export option.
Choose Export to EndNote/RIS to export the results as a .RIS file that can be downloaded to your EndNote Desktop library. Choose the appropriate coding e.g. windows 1251 for a Windows PC.
If you want to export more than 50 records, do this via Library Search’s Add to Favorites option.
Select records on your first page of results by ticking them. Then click the push pin top right of the results list.
Select the option to Add to Favorites.
Your Favorites will be highlighted in yellow on the results screen.
Move forward to the next page of results and tick more titles. Repeat the process to add them to your Favorites.
Access your favorites list by clicking the push pin at the top right of the screen, above Advanced search.
Within My Favorites you can tick more than 50 records and use the three dot menu to export them.
Once you’ve finished, you can click the push pin with a line through it to remove the records from your Favorites.
