Nkoda is a database of over 100,00 digital music scores and is a purely app-based product. Please follow the following instructions in order to install and use nkoda on your device.
- Step 1: Access nkoda
Navigate to app.nkoda.com or download the nkoda app on your personal device(s) using the appropriate App Store links.
The app icon should look like this:
- Step 2: Get Started with Institutional Sign Up
Open the app, click "Get Started" and select "Sign up with an institution".
- Step 3: Find Your Institution
Use the search bar to locate and select University of Liverpool.
- Step 4: Sign in with Institutional Credentials
Enter your institutional login information and click or tap "Log In."
- Step 5: Create or Link Your nkoda Account
Create your nkoda account details or log in to link them up, using your institutional email address.
- Step 6: Continue as a Member of Your Institution
You'll be prompted to "Continue as a member of University of Liverpool." Click "Yes."
- Step 7: Confirm Successful Authentication
A banner at the top of your screen will indicate "You are signed in as a member of University of Liverpool". This confirms you have successfully completed the process.
By following these steps, you'll ensure a smooth user experience and gain full access to nkoda as a University member.
