Babies and children (those under-16) may accompany an adult on a short visit to the libraries, however at this time we are unable to offer study spaces for parents with their children.
The areas which you are able to access with a child are:
Harold Cohen Library: Entrance foyer, refreshment area and accessible toilet on the ground floor
Sydney Jones Library: entrance area, refreshment area, atrium seating area and the ground floor toilets (Abercromby wing)
We understand the need for parents to sometimes bring babies and young children with them onto campus to enable them to access essential services, and as a service we wish to support parents, wherever we can, whilst ensuring the safety of everyone in our buildings.
Whilst in the buildings please keep your children under close supervision, otherwise you may be asked to leave.
