Q. Is the Maker Space free to use?

All workshops and taster events are free to attend. The following items are also free in your first appointment:

• One tote bag
• 20 x 10cm vinyl (assorted colours available)
• 15 x 40 cm acrylic (assorted colours available)
• 15 x 40 cm MDF
• 15 x 40 cm card
• 15 x 40 cm plywood
• 3 x badges/ bottle openers/ mirrors/ magnets

If you wish to make something larger or more bespoke you will be directed to purchase your own materials. Staff will advise on where to purchase materials if needed.

Each student can 3D print one item up to the value of £5.00 for free each semester. You will be directed to the online store by the technician to pay for any prints which exceed this.
