To request changes please contact the Librarian for Online Programmes (PC 25/06/18).

You can set a new password using the 'Reset Your Password' icon shown in the left menu (Quick Links) of the Library for Online Programmes or visit the password reset form (you will need to enter your last working password if you know this, or use the forgotten password form).

Your University of Liverpool (MWS) username for logging in to the Library is the part of your University of Liverpool email address that comes before '', e.g. 'oluser'.
Note for students with our E-Learning provider Laureate Education - a separate '' address is also provided for online students, please use your UoL (MWS) credentials and not Laureate/LENS credentials when accessing E-Resources.

If you are still having problems logging in or don't know your username/password, please contact the Computing Services Department. Our 24/7 IT support telephone line is +44 (0)151 794 4567 it is useful to remain on the line until you have been able to log in (please note - our 24/7 IT support line is shown on every page in the Library for Online Programmes in the right menu).

Or email IT support using our Web contact form (please choose the 'Login' help form).

If you cannot call our 24/7 IT support line due to technical or other reasons and have an ongoing login problem you can also call the E-Learning Librarian on Skype (via Skype messenger or Skype number) when available during open times, see our Contacts page for details.

We provide a dedicated E-Learning Librarian to assist you in using Library resources. If you have any problems using the Library or technical problems, please see the Contacts page of the Library for Online Programmes. Also see our guides, videos, tutorials and Library Training Module available via the Library Web Site for Online Programmes.
