ArticleReach is an article delivery service which can be used to request a journal article by email. This service is shown when viewing an unavailable eJournal article via an 'Is it @ Liverpool' icon from DISCOVER or other platforms.
Only individuals with a full borrowing account for the physical University Library are able to use ArticleReach, this is partly due to licensing issues, this means the service is unfortunately unavailable for students studying online programmes who do not have a borrowing account by default (see our guideline on Using Physical University Library Services for Online/ Remote Students and Alumni).
You should check that the item you are seeking is definitely not available via our subscriptions using Library search tools such as Discover or 'Go to an article' via the Library for Online Programmes. You can also contact the E-Learning Librarian for assistance in locating the item online.
