Q. I am finishing University and still have print credit, can I get a refund?

Print credits are managed by the IT Services Department (ITS) and are not refundable unless there is a problem with the print quality.  No refunds are given for credit left in the account when you leave the University, however ITS can transfer print credit from one account to another one; you may have a fellow student you can make this arrangement with.
