Q. I am Studying an Online Programme with a partner organisation (e.g. KOL) and need help with my learning portal, fees, Vital Source, purchased books or other partner services

If you are an online student with one of our online partners (e.g. Kaplan KOL) you will be required to access  textbooks sourced and supported by that partner organisation such as Vital Source.

Partner organisations will display compulsory or core textbooks in your reading list for the relevant module.

For some readings, you will be issued redemption codes you will be issued to obtain a Vital Source E-Book.

Please note Vital Source texts are not located on campus Library systems, the Library is unable to offer detailed support on these resources. For support using Vital Source with KOL, please see options to contact KOL technical support on the KOL Student Portal.

This service does not apply for students at Kaplan Liverpool which does not have a professional relationship with University of Liverpool. Kaplan Liverpool students have the same rights to library access as visiting members of the public.
