If you have difficulties purchasing books from commercial sources please contact the support department for the company where you purchased these items.
Please note the University Library does not sell or deliver printed books
If you are studying online with any of our E-Learning Partners e.g. Kaplan (KOL), you may need to obtain E-Books provided in the book platform provided by that partner. For support using Vital Source textbooks provided by KOL please contact the partner's support team using contact options shown in the KOL Student Portal.
However, if you have ongoing problems after contacting that support team you can obtain assistance from the Librarian for Online Programmes.
We provide a dedicated E-Learning Librarian to assist you in using Library resources. If you have any problems using the Library or technical problems, please see the Support area of the Library for Online Programmes. Also see our guides, videos, tutorials and Library Training Module available via the Library for Online Programmes.
