This message can sometimes mean that the PDF download has timed out, which can be caused by a slow internet connection. There are a couple of alternate methods of downloading a PDF, which may help:
- Right-click on the View PDF button and select Open (Link) in New Window, then Proceed to PDF.
- Save the PDF to you computer by right-clicking on the Proceed to PDF, then selecting Save Target/Link As...’
