Eduroam (education roaming) is the secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community.

Eduroam provides University of Liverpool staff and students with a secure wireless connection to the University network, full access to electronic resources and the Internet. It also provides access to the Internet when used at other institutions who are part of the eduroam scheme.

Please see the ITS Eduroam pages for instructions on how to connect to Eduroam  Use the following credentials when accessing Eduroam:

User name: Your MWS username followed by @liverpool.ac.uk

Password: Your MWS password.

If you are a visitor to the University of Liverpool from an institution that participates in the eduroam scheme you will be able to log in to the eduroam wifi using your own username and password. You will need to speak to your own institution help desk before visiting the University to set this up.

Further information and other ways to connect to wifi can be found on the ITS Eduroam pages.
Besides the UK, eduroam can be used in 68 countries around the world. See Eduroam locations for further information. .
