Yes. There are various ways of contacting us. One option is to use the online Chat facility.
A University of Liverpool Library assistant will be available to answer your questions via the Chat facility from Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
After 6pm a back-up Chat service is provided by a cooperative of Librarians based at Institutions in the US and UK. They will use the University of Liverpool Library Knowledge Base to answer any queries.
If you feel you need specialist subject support you can book an appointment with your Liaison Librarian.
