Our roving library assistants/rovers are on duty Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm, except during the summer vacation;  they supervise the various group/quiet/silent study zones within the library, monitoring the levels of noise and addressing problems as they arise.

So if you're being disturbed by noise in any of the silent or quiet study areas of the Library, please alert our roving library assistants/rovers by text or e-mail.

Simply let us know your study location and we'll send someone along:

Sydney Jones Library

If you find computers or study spaces have been blocked by someone leaving their belongings but not actually working there, again please contact the roving assistant in the same way. A break of up to 30 minutes is considered acceptable but no more.

At all other times, or in the Leahurst or London Campus libraries, speak to a member of staff at the Help Desk.
