Your University of Liverpool username for logging into the Library is generally the part of your email address that comes before @liv.ac.uk, or @online.liv.ac.uk. It is likely to start with "ol" so might be something like "olanyone". Once you know your username you can reset your password if necessary.
If you still don't know your username you will need to contact the IT Service Desk. See also the Log-in Problems section on the Online Programmes web pages.
