Access Journal Citation Reports by Clarivate Analytics' Web of Science (formerly ISI Web of Knowledge) where you can search for the Impact Factor of specific journals, as well as all journals within a subject area. You will find helpful guidance, including how impact factors are calculated.
Note that journal impact factors are calculated from the full year's statistics, so impact factors for the current year are not available, only the figures for previous years.
For any of the journals not listed in JCR similar journal citation/impact information can be found in the following databases:
Although not the same as the impact factors provided in JCR, they may be useful for ranking the importance of journals.
