Occasionally we experience technical issues with publisher platforms or authentication systems meaning that we are unable to access eResources in the usual way.
- Sometimes problems are temporary and can be resolved by clearing cache and cookies or trying a different browser.
- Try checking for the journal article using Library Search.
- Alternatively access to major publisher platforms and databases is available in this list of links. These links can be used on- or off-campus. The list will be updated as more links become available.
- If you are working off campus, try using Apps Anywhere which replicates 'on campus' access to resources. Further information about Apps Anywhere is available on the ITS webpages.
Please note, access to Apps Anywhere is now only available with DUO, a two-factor authentication service.
