DISCOVER and the Library Catalogue have been replaced by Library Search. We're busy updating all of our links, but in the meantime, please use Library Search when searching for resources or managing your Library Account.
If you are a University of Liverpool student or staff member and wish to check your Library account online, simply click the Sign In button on Library Search and log in with your MWS username and password.
Click the drop down arrow next to your name to view your loans, requests, outstanding fines and fees, and you can find saved searches and your borrowing history in 'My Favorites'.
Please note: when signing in via Library Search, if you are a Visitor of the Library and have borrowing rights (for example an Alumni or SCONUL member), please select the option for Visitors: Alumni and Visitors.
If this is the first time you are signing in and you have not already set up a password, click Reset my password. (Please note that this is different from the Library pin that was needed to access your account on our previous Library system.)
Either enter your card number, or email address associated with your account, but not both at the same time.
You will receive an email to set a new password which will look like this:
Click the link in the email and you will be directed to the page below to set your password.
You can now sign in to Library Search to check your Library account online. Please note you will also need to sign in if you wish to reserve an item.
