As a Library we aim to have the newest edition of a title in stock, both in print and as an eBook. Sometimes publishers will release a newer edition of a title in print only, so you may find an edition in print in the library which we don’t have as an eBook.
As well as suppliers alerting us to when newer editions have been published, we also check for a newer edition as part of our module Reading List Review process.
If a newer edition is identified, we will purchase a copy and add it to the reading list, replacing the entry to the older edition. If there is a particular edition you do not want replacing and want keeping on your reading list, please add a Library Note to the item so that the Reading List Support Team know not to remove it.
If you find that the library does not have the edition of a title you are interested in, please request it via the Get It For Me service.
